Responsibilities Include:

• The person in this position is expected to work autonomously in a wide range of software and hardware environments;
• Interacts with the Account Manager  as necessary to form solutions to meet the needs of the customers;
• Should  be able to quickly assimilate new technical information with little formal information;
• To develop detailed plans for installing software and hardware. 

• IT graduate with 6-8 years of experience with storage or systems administration and engineering;
• Conceptual knowledge of all and in-depth knowledge of some of the following:-SAN’s including EMC DMX/Symmetric ,CX Series ,Centera etc
• Must have working experience with Cisco and Brocade SAN Switches; ISCSI etc
• Should have sound knowledge about Network Attached Storage; Raid types and appropriate usage; Backup and Recovery applications;
• Also should be comfortable with Storage and Host multi-pathing applications; Tape Libraries; Data replication for disaster recovery etc.
