Job Description:
- Liaising and working jointly with the design team (consulting engineers) to implement refinements;
- Dealing skillfully with a diverse range of people including: clients; architects; other engineering professionals; sub-contractors; members of the project;
- Responsible for directing, coordinating and exercising functional authority for surveying, earthwork moving, road works, drainage / plumbing installations foundation works, major road upgrading and rehabilitations.
- Supervise and if necessary perform leveling works using level instruments.
- Supervise and carry out bar bending activities based on bar bending schedules as per standards, specifications and construction procedures. Perform inspection and installations of rebars and protection boards for use in the construction of buildings, roads and bridges.
- Supervise and carry out inspections and installations of rebars, protection boards and formworks for use in the construction houses, apartments, buildings and roads. Perform other duties such as materials take-off & estimates and manpower distribution / control.
- Responsible for reviewing construction plans, drawings, standards, specifications and procures prior to its implementations. All discrepancies found are attended to by making field change request (FCR), shop drawings, as-built condition (ABC) drawings and other forms to satisfy construction requirements.
- Responsible for making manpower work orders, material selection and take-out for use in the construction works and participate in the procurement of materials and other elements necessary for the completion of the assigned.
- Participate in solving work related problems and conduct meetings for all my workers on a regular basis aims to uplift working capabilities and better workmanship. Prepare and audit work progress comprehensive report to the company’s Management for proper evaluation, review and approval.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field, such as Architecture, Structural Engineering or Construction Management) from an accredited college/university.
- 5 years of experience reviewing designs, providing input during the design process, and on-site general contracting.
- Good understanding of design and construction processes.
- Previous General Contracting experienced is essential.
