Job Description:

Purpose:

Profitable management of the Printing Press Divisions, ensuring growth year on year, particularly through business expansion and delivery of agreed KPI measures.

 Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Implementation of agreed plans to ensure short and long term growth and sustainable development
  • Manage logistics flow and negotiate prices of inventory and machine costing
  • Manage To constantly improve business processes
  • Manage Key Accounts
  • Manage and control tender submissions
  • Monitor performance of finance, production, art studio, and sales & inventory
  • Constantly enhance business through growth and new business acquisitions
  • Identify, develop and retain employees
  • Take responsibility for the Divisions’ financial health (i.e. P/L, Balance Sheet, Budgeting, Forecasting, etc.)
  • Manage Customer Relations
  • Manage Government Relations

  • AWC to Sales

Job Requirements:

Specific Competencies

Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree – University

Experience

  • 7 – 10 years of Business experience
  • 3 – 5 years in the Printing industry
  • 3 years in Senior Management role

Knowledge Skills Abilities:

  • Solid exposure to printing, book binding, and packaging procedures, graphic art design
  • Prepress knowledge of Software & Hardware
  • Exposure to Gulf markets
  • Analytical Skills
  • Ability to speak, read and write Arabic
  • PC / Computer Skills
  • Change Management Skills
  • Financial Management Skills
  • Ability to build business success through innovation and creativity
  • Ability to understand the implications of contractual commitment
