Job Description:
This position will be measured against the followings:
· Reporting to the Technical Director and Infrastructure Manager;
· Prepare correspondence, reports and materials for meetings & presentations;
· Setup Technical Director's travel arrangements;
· To manage the Technical Director’s calendar daily;
· Keep record of all incoming and outgoing mail;
· Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system;
· Redirect calls to appropriate Department or Division;
· Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences;
· Create, transcribe and distribute meeting agendas and minutes;
· Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner;
· Meet and greet clients and visitors;
· General administrative duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing;
· Coordinate with inter-departmental representatives to ensure set target are in line with requirements;
· Support staff;
· Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, architects and engineers to coordinate project works of various stages; and
· Perform other duties as assigned.
