o Manage and track brand Budget.

o Prepare/update Promotion Activity Calendar by brand by trade channel in coordination with the sales team

o Measuring, tracking and analyzing the efficiency and cost of every promotion.
|
|
o Come -up with sales initiative (new ideas) to increase the sales volume in line with the brand plan.
o Organize market visit to branches to check our displays and availability of our product in the market.
|
|
o Report the market activity (Price, promo, new product, competition).
|
|
o Design report template with it department to monitor and evaluate the sales of the company's product.
|
|
o Develop product sale manual for sales team and ensure it is kept up to date.
o Ensuring alignment between sales team & management on agreed Sales strategy

|
Designing planogram for the main brands
|
|
o Responsible of combining and analyzing sales vs. forecast by brand and suggest appropriate trade plan in case of deficiency.
|
|
o Follow-up with purchase department on status of placed order.
|
|
o Follow-up with suppliers (pos material, promo items. Etc..) And manage pos inventory.
|
|
o Planning launch of new product at trade level.
