Job Description:
Expected Undertakings:
- Lead the export business which covers M. East and N. Africa for all L’Azurde products
- Manage distributors by setting SMART targets and working with them to deliver the goals
- Manage the L’azurde sales team in the UAE and develop our business in this key market
- Increase revenues and profits by launching growth programs and a strategic leverage of all products categories
- Develop the annual business plan for the export division
- Accurately prepare and convey all operational and financial data to the Executive General Manager
- Monitor and supervise export sales regularly and provide guidance/direction to distributors on an on-going basis
- Ensure that all purchasing guidelines are followed and implemented according to the company policies and procedures
- Consistent evaluation of market conditions and trends
- Communicate regularly the management in KSA and ensure that issues and opportunities are addressed promptly and thoroughly
- Ensure that customer satisfaction is met and that all customer complaints are handled promptly and appropriately
- Continuously assess and evaluate the performance of the operation and staff in his division

Job Requirements:
Core Strengths:
- Experience in developing the export business in the Middle East/Africa region for consumer goods brands
- Proven capability in developing solid long term partnerships
- Ability to assess market trends, consumers demand and competitive moves/positioning
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Capabilities to analyze markets, data to define priorities and strategic investments for the Company
- Customer oriented to effectively support our distributors and partners across the region
Must have attributes:
- Regional experience in export of consumer goods. In order of priority: Jewelry, watches, gifts, fashion, cosmetics, fragrances and preferably not pure FMCG only.
- Leadership / people management skills.
- Hands on & execution oriented. Doer vs. Talker.
- Arabic speaker.
- Team player and great collaborator
- Multi-tasked to be able to manager several export markets
