The boutique manager is responsible for managing the day to day boutique operations and staff. The boutique manager will coordinate with the Executive Chef at all times. He will generate and drive sales performance, ensure outstanding client service, maximize profits by up-selling, coach, mentor, and train all store personnel, and protect company assets.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor others. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Must have a professional attitude and ability to be flexible and handle change in a positive manner. With pleasing personality and can deal with clients of different levels, especially class A.
Experience:
At least 3 years of previous management experience in a class A service- oriented environment.
