Duties and Responsibilities:

• Auditing on the network to confirm that the optimum solution is applied and redundancy is achieved
• Solve the network problems in the shortest time
• Specify the failure source & action/decision taken.
• Following troubleshooting & escalation process.
• Performance monitoring and reporting.
• Archiving and reporting the network outage & failures.
• Backup the configurations on the nodes.
• Prober implementation of assigned projects and network changes
• Following quality assurance and control process.
• Meet the requirements for network expansion
• Accurate updating for network changes in the IP Backbone database
• Following up progression of assigned projects
• Reporting full details on project progression
• Innovative applicable ideas & solutions in order to facilitate work and enhance team performance
• Networking with vendors and supplier for to accomplish daily tasks, and proper problem handling

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Qualification: Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineering (Major, Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering)
• Work experience: 3-5 years of experience and preferred basic previous knowledge of Computer Networks
• Excellent in Arabic & Very Good in English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
• Good knowledge in Routing and switching protocols.
• Good knowledge in MPLS.
• Good knowledge in TCP/IP.
• CCNP, CCIP OR JNCIS
