Overall Position Purpose:

The job holder will be directly responsible for developing deals via showrooms and managing the direct sales force.

Major Accountabilities:

    * Achieve sales target on retail personal lines Takaful products.

    * Develop relationship and sign up master deal with car showroom. Develop and deploy plans to increase Noor Takaful direct retail sales via affinity schemes.

    * Recruit, manage, train, mentor and evaluate the Direct sales team and solve employee relations issues.

Selection Criteria:

    * Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

    * 5 years of work experience in sales and marketing.

    * At least 3 years of relevant work experience in insurance, takaful or finance.

    * Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

    * Ability to communicate in English and Arabic language is preferred.

    * Must be able to deliver a persistent high performance.
