Division: LUXURY DIVISION

Description:

    * Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to ensure top line and bottom line margins are met through proper product branding, Customer base development and other marketing related activities
    * Build and maintain relationships with brand principals, suppliers and high value/premium customers
    * Work closely with the GM on new business acquisitions, particularly in conducting extensive evaluations and market surveys, followed through with the successful launch of product lines
    * Work closely with the Division General Manager to forecast and develop the annual sales and marketing budgets for the division
    * Develop and implement customer service strategies to maximize service standards within the retail stores
    * Constantly keep self and the team abreast of the latest luxury and fashion trends to ensure the appropriate product mix is made available to the customers
    * Supervise and monitor a team of sales professional to ensure targets are met
    * Create sales and marketing KPI’s and performance metrics for the team towards achieving goal
    * Assist in the implementation of proper hiring and retention strategies for right caliber employees
    * Manage and develop staff potential for career growth and opportunity
    * Formulate sales incentive schemes as required
    * Maintain high level of self and staff motivations
    * Ensure that Group policy and procedures are communicated to the team in a timely manner and adhered to accordingly
    * Ensure that all sales and marketing procedures and policies are in Legal Compliance with all the laws of the State of Qatar


Job Requirements:

    * A University Graduate and/or MBA Degree in Marketing
    * 35 to 40 years old
    * Innovative
    * Must possess international mindset
    * Self-motivated
    * Sales and marketing oriented
    * A team player
    * Can lead by example
    * 5 to 7 years having solid experience in luxury retail management with a proven track record in the GCC would be preferred.
    * Demonstrated strong entrepreneurial skills with ability to compile and analyze statistics for Luxury business reports, sales and marketing projections Solution based thinking
    * Experienced in handling globally recognized luxury brands
