Profile:
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience with strong knowledge in the following:
- Human Capital Management (HCM)
HR & Payroll, SSHR, Performance Management, iRecruitment, Learning Management, Time and Labor, Compensation Workbench, Advanced Benefits, Incentive Compensation, Oracle Human Resources Analytics
- Ready and willing to work in projects located in other geographies (Arabian Gulf, Middle East & Africa)

Job Requirements:
Skills Required:
- 3-7 years Oracle e-Business Suite Experience (11i/R12)
- Been a part of the project lifecycle with at least two implementations experience in any of the above mentioned modules
- Strong knowledge of functional process design, application setups & implementation methodology
- Thorough knowledge of Oracle Applications Data Model (11i and R12) in any of the above modules
- Conduct Conference Room Pilots & Trainings
- Pre-Sales skills & activities
o Good background Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQ, AME, and Personalization Framework
- Updated with technology trends, industry standards and terminologies
- Project management experience would be an added advantage
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
- Excellent Team player
- Ability to work under pressure
Education Needed:
Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Engineering/HRMS/Information Technology/Business Management/Accounting/CPA
