Activities
Control of the IT Applications

• Formalize and update when necessary the cartography (business processes and data flows) of the Company’s Information System;
• Assist the QPCC manager in proposing an action plan and organizing the control of the IT applications; Formalize and prioritize recommendations; follow-up their implementation
• In coordination with the Project Management Office, support the IT homologation process (led by the IT department)

Quality Management

• Support the QPCC manager in defining and implementing the Company’s Quality Plan
• Promote the Company’s Quality policy (developing awareness, training staff, …)
• Support the Company’s managers in defining, following up and improving their quality objectives

Permanent Control, Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering Engineering

• Support the QPCC manager in keeping updated the company’s risks matrix
• Support the implementation and follow-up of the company’s Permanent Supervision’s System
• Assist when needed the staff in reporting incidents and follow-up the corrective actions
• Coordinate the compliance processes
• Support the QPCC manager in organizing the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorist activities
• Ensure the proper application of the internal procedures

Education/ Experience Level

• Bachelor/Master Degree + 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT Control / IT audit/ IT project management/ Business Analysis
• Good English Skills required

• Previous experience in the Banking/ Insurance sector preferred
