Job Description

  • Lead, direct and implement essential central services such as call center, reception, housekeeping, security & maintenance for the for both new and current properties
  • Determine the staffing requirement, assist in the employee selection, hiring, training, placement, movement, rewards and recognition 
  • Oversee the effective implementation of manpower scheduling 
  • Coach subordinates and the whole operations team to adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Monitor quality of orientation and welfare activities for the staff 
  • Institute internal safeguards on assets and company properties and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency of the building facilities and equipment 
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Must have at least 10 years’ experience in facility management, at least 5 years of which in similar capacity 
  • Experience in Property Management or Real Estate is an advantage
  • Preferably Graduate of Engineering or any 4 year Business Course. Post graduate studies a plus.
  • Literate on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Open Office
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
