Job Description

  • Well connected to all our potential customers in order to inform management on all new upcoming construction projects. 
  • Travelling to visit potential customers, getting involved in an early stage of new projects, establishing reports and advising customers on potential solutions.
  • Understand customer needs and be able to provide design assistance to the customers with infrastructure, project management and engineering assistance for constructions companies.
  • Negotiating tenders and contract terms to meet both client and company’ requirements. 
  • Calculating client’s offers/quotations.
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions with customers and suppliers.
  • Project follow-up, ensure proper project management with all parties involved in the project.
  • Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Strengthening existing customer relationships & developing new potential ones.
  • Aggressively increase market share and closely monitor upcoming projects in the Middle East region.
  • Marketing analysis: to monitor & evaluate the local competitors and follow the market evolutions.
  • Technical promotion: be able to assimilate the technical promotion of our products and to offer it with our customers as per their requirements
  • Offering after-sales support services, solving client problems.
  • To achieve yearly sales objective in the product range of beams, plates, hollow sections, decking sheets and claddings for civil, infrastructure, residential buildings/towers and industrial projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, preferably in civil and/or mechanical engineering.
  • Computer skills:  excel, power point is a must, planning program is a plus.
  • Solid technical background, especially in steel products for construction works. 
  • Sound judgement and good business sense. 
  • Ability to build relationships with clients quickly.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong personal skills, team player and capable of taking initiative
  • Fluent in English, Arabic advantageous.
  • Autonomous, motivated, and able to handle on time customer requirements.
  • Flexible mind, entrepreneurship, enthusiastic, willingness to learn.
  • Commercial attitude.
