Job Description

  • Manage, operate and use the entire office set up including existing Real Estate Trade License, Agents, Marketing material, Extensive, exclusive date base of clients and Real Estate inventory. 
  • Applied knowledge of laws governing real estate use and licensing requirements in UAE.
  • Engage local Real Estate agency to promote and sell our property.
  • Ensures that the portfolio and individual communities meet the established operational, financial and business performance goals.
  • Prepare strategy, business plans and budgets for the office. 
  • Maintain budget/cash flow expectations, property performance/income and expense.
  • Introduce new projects within our target areas.
  • Ability to formulate a sales strategy and business plan for the company growth. 
  • Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
  • Ability to close sale deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to sell/lease properties in the company's mandates. 
  • Know the available properties on the market.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years working experience.
  • Ability to communicate and function effectively with all levels of employees in a complex corporate environment
  • Effective relationship building, influencing, and persuasion skills
