Job Description

  • To Assist the Assistant Manager of Sales & Leasing Operations with the support and co-ordination of all Sales related issues in the department
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work on complex and high profile transactions

  • Assist with the monthly inventory if required.
  • Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files
  • Attend meetings in order to record minutes. 
  • Greet visitors on arrival at Sales offices.
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software as requested by the Head of Department.
  • Assists with planning activities of the Team Member.
  • Assist with on-boarding process for all new employees.
  • Assist with all recruitment related administration issues.
  • To work on a diverse range of real estate advisory and transaction engagements across a range of real estate asset classes and geographical locations.
  • Obtain and respond to requests for proposals and assist in building in-depth knowledge within the team across a range of real estate assets classes and markets.
  • Build long term client relationships at a senior level and originate new engagements and deals.
  • Contribute to leadership, inspiration, motivation and a vision for the team to assist in achieving financial targets.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements:
  • Experience within the real estate industry specifically related to either advisory, capital transaction or business development roles.
  • Proven team player and strong interpersonal skills, in particular with regards to client relationships. 
  • High attention to detail and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong interest in real estate with particular focus on strategy and transactions
  • Organizational skills
  • Strong Selling Skills abilities
  • Strong customer focus service focus
  • Strong communication skills
