Monitoring inventory of all properties and provide details of available units or options to sell in relation with the client requirements and prospects.
Coordinating with other departments for any changes of project configurations in terms of units built up sizes, prices, parking bays, layouts and other related matters.
Assisting and attending queries of Sales Team and verifying all deals/sales in terms of tokens, prices and payment terms are as per company guidelines and promotions policies
Verifying clients details and other information on all sales booking that are accurate as per required legal documents provided by the clients.
Processing invoices for all sales transactions
Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team.
Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
Taking phone calls from clients
Communicating internally important feedback from clients.
Manage the day-to-day activities of the sales administration so that the organization’s sales force is effectively supported and all sales transactions are processed efficiently, accurately and economically.
Skills and Qualifications:
Expertise in MS Office and especially MS Excel functionality.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high level of confidence.
2-3 years of sales support / sales admin experience.
Excellent in interpersonal Skills
Candidate should have experience into Document handling for Sales and Reporting.
