The Property Consultant will be responsible for working in a target driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of sales, real estate brokerage, property leasing, and property evaluation to high net worth clients.
Advice and discuss various opportunities of property services.
Formulate properties tailored to the needs of the clients.
Assemble detailed property portfolio and present it to clients.
Property Consultant will be responsible in managing different properties from property owners, creating good working relationships with investors and landlords, generating leads, creating advertisements on online portals, arranging viewings, and closing deals.
Skills and Qualifications:
Past experience in Sales ideally in Property Development or any real estate organization
Excellent communication skills
Presentable, confident, enthusiastic, proactive and assertive with a willingness to work on your own initiative.
Ability to use statistical techniques to analyze and fulfill client requirement.
Collecting, interpreting, problem-solving, decision-making, research skills
Good command of English
Analytical, Creative thinker, Dynamic character
Stress & time management skills
