Job Description

  • To oversee the HR department by ensuring full implementation of the group HR policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Executive president to identify the Human Capital needs and handle the HR operations and personnel relations.
  • Compile workforce requirements into an HR Plan and execute recruitment activities under the supervision of Executive President/CHRO.
  • Responsible for the implementation of the relevant HR policies. 
  • Prepare the HR/Admin budget under the supervision of the CHRO
  • Update the organization structure on regular basis.
  • Ensure that performance management reviews are effectively conducted.
  • Prepare Glass training plans in coordination with Group HR.
  • Update regularly Job descriptions & work closely with Group HR on new jobs evaluation & remuneration.
  • Assist CHRO in handling the health/medical insurance policy.
  • Handle grievance and complaints as per the approved policy.
  • Monitor all personnel matters related to time attendance, payroll deductions and travel arrangements/expenses employees and submit status reports to the Executive President/CHRO
  • Perform any other related job duties as requested by Executive President/CHRO
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other related field.
  • At least eight (8) years’ experience in relevant field.
  • CIPD/Masters in Human Resources preferred.
  • Excellent command of written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer and internet skills, especially with respect to HR software and tools.
  • The ability to plan & prioritize work.
