Responsible for customer accounts, handle customer enquiries in a timely manner through a commercial approach: visiting customers, getting involved in an early stage of new projects, establishing reports and advising customers.
Quote price and lead times through coordination with suppliers, internal resources and use of pricing matrices.
Responsible for generating of sales aggressively and meeting budgetary requirements, in terms of both volume and gross margins.
Support sales and Sales Managers with forecasting information on the status of customer activity and future opportunities.
Responsible for liaising with the logistics team regarding scheduling and follow up of deliveries.
Strengthening existing customer relationships & developing new potential ones.
Marketing analysis: to monitor & evaluate the local competitors and follow the market evolutions for the particular area.
Determine niche marketing opportunities.
Assume major account and geographical responsibility.
Provide accurate and informative visit and market reports.
Work in liaison with the projects sales team – remove the back to back sales.
Proper coordination between the dedicated sales executive in the project department for the better knowledge of the upcoming projects.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master’s Degree, with background in engineering and/or structural steel advantageous.
3-4 years of Structural Steel Sales Required.
Strong personal skills, team player and capable of taking initiative,Strong pleasant personality.
Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills.
Autonomous, motivated, and able to handle on time customer requirements.
