Job Role: Inside Sales Executive – Lead Generation
Location: Saudi Arabia
We are hiring Inside Sales Executives & Senior Executives for various geographies (to be based in Saudi Arabia).
Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, this position will be responsible to generate qualified leads to be nurtured further by a Field Sales Team.
This individual will have a proven track record of planning, executing, measuring, and refining effective inbound lead response, outbound campaign calling, for Software as Service (SaaS) Lead Generation over the phone in a B2B selling environment.
Achieve and exceed assigned Lead Generation targets and objectives
High-volume cold calling to establish new, high-quality opportunities with prospective clients and contacts.
Lead qualification of inbound leads received through various sources (including company website, CRM system, purchased lists, social media channels, events, other sources) contacted within timeframe agreed.
Nurturing mid to long term leads through regular touch points until they are ready for sales engagement.
Update and meticulously maintain CRM database.
Research industries and companies to develop lead lists and campaigns (using various sources / channels).
Provide appropriate reports and management updates on a daily/weekly basis and solicit feedback and direction when appropriate.
Support campaign initiatives utilizing phone, email and social channels.
To continually improve personal management and product and sales skills.
Flexibility to respond to business conditions as they arise.
Skills and Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will be self-motivated and have 1 - 3 years of professional sales / inside sales experience working for a technology company.
Exceptional phone, verbal, and written communication skills; comfortable making cold calls.
Candidates must demonstrate strong business acumen, discovery, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent at multitasking and deftly managing the competing priorities of a robust workload, and being well organized for superior territory management.
Demonstrated track record of success as an inside sales rep partnering with a field team.
Profiling and penetrating accounts to identify and capture the correct target contacts.
Ability to harvest names from social media channels, various other sources and databases (LinkedIn, Hovers, etc).
Proficiency using a CRM system (Salesforce.com) as well as MS Office suite.
Willingness to work in the respective time zone of assigned geography.
