The main responsibilities of this role are to manage and develop the Wholesale and B2B business day-to-day across all accounts in the assigned region This role will be responsible for the commercial success of the brand in the Wholesale & B2B environment, as well as the presentation of the brand and the training of any sales staff or partners. The first port of contact between the Brand and the buyers/customers, this role is heavily ambassadorial and requires strong relationship building skills.
Achieve wholesale targets and budgeted sales figures for the assigned region.
Develop and maintain good relations with all Head Office Personnel and the Warehouse Team.
To plan each Account by sales turnover to ensure the right level of business support is given to achieve the sales plan and strategy.
Identify areas of opportunity in conjunction with the Senior Wholesale Manager & Head of Wholesale & B2B in order to plan and develop the right course of action to take with each account. Likewise, review and monitor poor performance and ensure that an action plan is put in place for consistent improvement.
To manage the business in accordance with the Commercial Terms governing the brand partnership, seeking out the best commercial result for our Group.
Control and achieve distribution objectives in conjunction with the Sales plan.
Grow and develop the estate by negotiating better selling locations and better customer flow areas within the stores and upgrading the size of the sales area in order to develop and extend the assortment listed in that location. Forging strong business relationships with Proprietors, Buyers & Department Managers.
Ensure that all Accounts are serviced and maintained on a regular basis according to a quarterly journey plan agreed with the Senior Wholesale Manager. This role involves significant travelling to cover at least 4 days per week.
Ensure that all Accounts are maintained to the same high standard of presentation, and make recommendations to the Senior Wholesale Manager for improvements, or give feedback based on the competition.
Attend Sales Meetings/Trade Shows and Functions as requested by the company
Arrange strategy meetings with all Accounts and communicate in writing all points raised and discussed and distribute to all relevant colleagues.
Full administrative responsibility for weekly and monthly business reporting.
Willingness to travel & full UAE Driving Lenience Previous experience within Beauty Industry - Area Manager or Senior Account Manager role desired.
Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for a Highly organized, driven & autonomous candidate with a minimum of 5 year managerial experience within Sales.
Good presentation skills, numerate & computer literate in all major programs including PowerPoint & Excel.
Communicates confidently and effectively.
Monitors compliance to company procedures. Communicates commercial information to team.
Develops brand and product awareness to improve service.
Capable of implementing business plans at local level.
Makes decisions when confident of procedure or policy.
Understands rational behind changes and supports implementation.
Understands basic customer and company financial measures
