Review the content and branding of the customer newsletters to ensure the content reflects the customer journey of the project.
Support Development by defining the customer journey for the overall experience with a focus on the sales centre, communication channels and approach.
Support Development by developing required renderings, animations, way finding, enter / exist points, and overall experience
Ensure that events are planned and setup according to the marketing plan are carried on time and within the allocated budget and all activities related to the event are completed on
Manage the event setup and management ensuring that branding guidelines are adhered to
Monitor the results of the marketing campaigns and identify areas of improvement based on feedback from the sales team
Review lessons learned reports provided by the sales team and customer care and that all relevant areas of improvement are highlighted and raised to CEO and Deputy CEO/Operations and ensure they are incorporated in future marketing strategies and plans
