Job Description :
  • General manager will oversees the day-to-day business operations of a company. 
  • General managers of manufacturing oversee all of the elements required to produce a product, including the raw materials, machinery and equipment and personnel.
  • General managers of manufacturing receive orders for products and then develop a plan for how to fulfill the order, including how much of the necessary materials to buy and what employees to schedule and when.
  • Monitor the quantity and quality of products made to ensure that order deadlines are made and company production standard are maintained.
  • In addition to creating a plan and monitoring the progress of manufacturing, employers require general managers to develop more efficient methods of production to decrease waste and increase production capabilities.
  • General managers must adhere to a budget when making decisions about purchasing materials and paying workers overtime to meet deadlines.
Desired Profile :
  • A minimum of five years of experience in business management, planning and financial oversight in smart cards technology field.
  • Prefer candidates from manufacturing companies.
  • 10-15 years relevant experience.
