Job Description :
  • Manage the reception as a back-up, when required.
  • Organise complex calendar and prepare for meetings, schedule travel logistics, interact with all related contacts professionally, scheduling the conference and meeting rooms.
  • Support essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, cleaning, catering, mail and courier services, waste disposal.
  • Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure and well maintained, manage the security access control database, develop and manage the office facility and cost efficiency, planning best allocation and utilization of space & resources to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Organise office operations and procedures, supervise office staff, prepare time sheets, reviews and approve supply requisitions, maintain office equipment, files and ensure protection and security from any damage , assign  and monitor reception functions.
  • Plan office systems, layout and equipment  procurement, maintain replenish inventory and determine there is adequate inventory levels, anticipate supplies, verify receipt of supply.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, electrical and mechanical systems. improve efficiency and ensure that facilities meet environmental, health and security standards, and comply with government regulations.
Desired Profile :
  • Bachelors Degree, preferably a Post Graduate.
  • 5-6 years relevant experience.
  • Preferably, experience in hospitality/ Airlines/ Retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures, principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships and create a cooperative working environment within the organisation.
  • Familiar  with best industry standards in facility management.
