Job Description :
  • Primary technical interface with customers (telecom operators).
  • Collecting Customer requirements related to Telecom market segment (GSM / Memory card).
  • Understanding Customer requirements and mapping to our Catalogue product.
  • Creating the Profile for GSM based on customer requirements and preparing the sample cards.
  • Ability to develop applets based on customer requirements in JAVA, C/C++ platform.
  • Testing the developed applets before release.
  • Coordination with Customer, technical department and centre.
  • Validating the Batch Approval Card and getting approval from customer.
  • Attending the quality issues reported by customer for the technical problems.
  • Support the sales team for setting up and achieving the sales target by providing technical presentation and specification on our Products on regular basis.
  • Assist product marketing and purchasing departments in selection process of the suppliers (chip, operating system).
  • Assist product marketing on understanding product trends and market scenarios.
  • Assist R&D centre for development of operating systems and applets.
  • Back-up of in other market segments (banking, government, commercial) when required.
Desired Profile :
  • Post Graduation / Graduation in Communication Engineering / Computer science.
  • 5 to 7 years experience in telecom projects.
  • Knowledge about project management.
  • Preferable experience in customer interface.
Key Skills : Technical knowledge on 2G/ 3G GSM Profile.
