Job Description :
  • Managing day-to-day direction and coordination of the overall health of projects across the organization.
  • Leading project teams in successful project delivery by managing projects’ scope, budget, timelines and client expectations.
  • Ability to multi-task, successfully overseeing multi-projects, maintaining client relationships and managing personnel.
  • Consistent use of excellent judgment when making daily decisions about account/program/project/people activities.
  • Possess analytical abilities to problem solve and offer new/alternate solutions.
  • Managing the quality of projects through understanding client business needs and overseeing projects effort and deliverables, to ensure that projects deliver business value/client satisfaction.
  • Ensure the development of all project documentation prescribed by the project planning and definition activities.
  • Managing client relationships as it relates to current project deliverables to identifying opportunities to extend or expand project opportunities within a client.
  • Operate as a strategic partner to identify and recommend new solutions/services to clients.
  • Maintain client expectations regarding delivery/projects.
  • Conduct periodic, forecasting activities for projects assigned to your organization including the estimation of resources needed for projects.
  • Managing department of delivery consultants (Tech. and Func.), providing positive influence, mentoring and career development.
  • Ensuring delivery best practices and methodologies are being followed and consistently practiced.
  • Provide thorough and timely communication regarding the state and health of programs/projects to internal (company) and external clients.
  • Maximizing consultant utilization by coordinating with PMO the resource availability, resource needs, training opportunities, etc.
  • Coordinate with Executive Management to execute strategies to generate new/incremental business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Executive Management to ensure appropriate communication and planning to facilitate delivery needs and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
  • Own/contribute to the vision and direction of client account strategies with Sales Director.
  • Develop/improve operational and delivery processes to maximize client service.
Desired Profile :
  • Prior success in managing divisions and people to deliver projects within schedule/scope/budget.
  • SAP and other technologies experience preferred.
  • Project management and/or business analysis certifications preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and very organized.
  • Strong professional presence.
  • Be a team player; willing to support other team members with work overflow.
  • Possesses assertive style to effectively drive success and achieve goals/results.
  • Experience with many development tools and technologies.
  • Excellent ownership capabilities.
