Job Description

Job Objective:
To manage the sourcing, recruitment and selection of talent through a systematic Recruitment and Selection methods.

Duties and Reaponsibilities:
  • To develop a comprehensive recruitment plan by analyzing workforce supply and demand.
  • To provide professional support and advice on recruitment to departmental managers and advice best practices of recruitment and selection.
  • To prepare job descriptions and personnel specifications, write job advertisements and decide how and where jobs will be advertised.
  • To ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements
  • To design application forms and prepare other recruitment material such as overseas recruitment guidelines, Within UAE recruitment guidelines, etc.
  • To work on more creative solutions to recruitment, especially if it is proving problematic.
  • To develop a categorized pool of qualified CVs regularly by categorizing for direct access by departments.
  • To screen application forms, shortlist applicants, devise and implement selection processes, conduct interviews.
  • To get acquainted with changing interviewing techniques, help to relocate staff to new departments and jobs due to restructuring.
  • To assist in the implementation of redundancy programs, including voluntary redundancy and early retirement schemes.
  • To keep up to date with current employment legislation and ensure department heads are briefed on any changes where appropriate.
  • To work with internal stakeholders to recruit talents and professionals via referrals, as well as external agencies such as job centers and recruitment agencies.

Desired Profile

  • University degree from accredited educational institute in business management/ Humane Resources.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in both Arabic & English.
  • At least 2 years experience with HR recruitment function and 2 years of HR general functions.
