Job Description
Job Objective:
To play a strategic role in initiating, implementing or monitoring quality management and excellence consultancy projects and training that deliver tangible results and ensure a healthy growth of Institute market share and client base, and to identify, grow, and nurture strategic alliances.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement proper strategies for positioning the Institute as a leading provider of quality management and excellence consultancy and capacity building services in the GCC and Middle East.
- To generate, manage, implement, and assess quality management and excellence consultancy projects.
- To generate, manage, implement, and assess capacity building services in the areas of quality management and excellence through public courses, customized programs, and/or certified programs to various clients in diverse sectors.
- To initiate consultancy and training projects through conducting an analysis of needs and drafting appropriate action plans, proposals, costing, and resourcing.
- To be responsible for generating revenues as per agreed targets.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Desired Profile
- Master or Bachelor degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or Quality, or other related fields.
- Certification in Quality Management/EFQM Lead assessor/External and Internal Audit.
- Experience in planning, implementing, evaluating, and budgeting projects.
- Experience in Building, operating, and assessing quality management systems.
- Experience in professional communications in Arabic and English.
Key Skills
Experience in writing financial and technical proposals.
