The construction division has more than 10 years track record with more than RM 2 billion successfully completed projects to date. It is listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia under SPK-Sentosa Corporation Berhad since July 2003.

SPK Construction has the expertise, track record, experience, astrong, competent and efficient core team and the financial capability to undertake adiversified portfolio of construction projects, including high rise and special purpose buildings, hospitals, mass housing construction, marine dredging, roads and bridges and engineering works. The division focuses on complex construction contracts with high engineering content and provides “TotalConstructionSolution” such as Design and Build or Design, Build and Equip type of contract.
