Job Description

We are looking for Property Consultants to join our sales and leasing team in Abu Dhabi. We are seeking experienced and highly motivated sales professionals who are eager to build their career with Savills.
Successful candidates will be expected to actively source, negotiate and coordinate through from enquiry to handover the lease/sale of a property.  
Key Responsibilities
  • Full awareness and understanding of local market/dedicated areas
  • Achieve individual monthly targets as set by management
  • Full property lease/sale process from instruction to handover
  • Already have established connections
  • Qualify leads and data management using the company CRM
  • Complete all necessary documentation associated with leasing/selling property including preparation and execution of lease agreements and advertising materials
  • Continually networking and identifying business opportunities, including attending real estate exhibitions and keeping updated with latest local and national property market information and laws
  • Presenting to potential clients and conduct viewings
  • Full understanding of relevant legislation and procedures in the local market with respect to the purchase, sale or lease of a property
  • To actively maintain the company’s databases and property portals
  • Have a working knowledge of the sales process within the government departments
  • Flexibility to work on weekends
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  • Minimum 2 years leasing experience within the Abu Dhabi market (residential)
  • Must have a UAE driver’s license holder with own car  
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Confident in presentation delivery
  • Proven record of achieving targets
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
  • Team work
  • Willing to work on weekends and evenings to provide best service to the Clients
  • Track record in residential property at the requisite senior level
